Maths

Image result for hexagon, triangle, decagon, heptagon, circle, octagon, rectangle, parallelogram, nonagon, pentagon and square all togetherThis week for maths we were doing Geometry. For Geometry we had to learn what different shapes are. We had to try and draw a hexagon, triangle, decagon, heptagon, circle, octagon, rectangle, parallelogram, nonagon, pentagon and a square.

A parallelogram has four sides and a nonagon has nine.

  1. Hi Mahana. Geometry is fun. I like learning all the different 2 and 3D shapes and making nets. Also some of the shapes have funny names like 'nonagon'.
